Merkki: Lumé

The snails of the Lumè gastronomic line were born and raised
exclusively in Italy in three small but functional realities
agricultural: the "Lumacheria dell’Olmo di
Boscaini Derek ”from Mantua,“ The Emilian snail ”from Bologna
and the "Ilio farm" which rises on the hills around
Langhirano (in the province of Parma).


Snails are bred according to the complete biological cycle method.
The main source of nourishment for molluscs is the vegetation based on cabbage and beets
present in the habitat reconstructed for them, we periodically administer flours
based on GMO-free cereals and plant products, formula studied by specialized nutritional veterinarians.
