The cannellini beans from Bio Colombini are cooked according to an old recipe with garlic and sage.

Ingredients:
- 300 g spelt
- 1 glass of natural cannellini beans BioColombini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Good olive oil BioColombini
- Vegetable broth
- Rosemary
- Sage
- Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Sauté the finely chopped garlic, sage and rosemary in a pan with oil. Add the beans along with the cooking water. Add salt and pepper and bring to a boil, add the spelt and some vegetable stock.
Cook the soup, serve it hot topped with a little olive oil.
