The borlotti beans from Bio Colombini are cooked according to an old recipe with vegetables and sage.

RECIPE
Pasta with borlotti beans
Ingredients:
- Tomato passata Bio Colombini
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 carrot
- A glass of natural borlotti beans Bio Colombini
- Olive Oil Bio Colombini
- Salt and pepper
- Vegetable broth
- 300 gr pasta Gramigna (Campofilone)
Preparation:
Finely chop the onion, garlic, celery and carrot and simmer in olive oil for 5-10 minutes. Add the tomato puree Bio Colombini and simmer another 5 minutes on medium heat.
Add 2 scoops of vegetable broth and reduce the sauce. Then add the borlotti beans with their cooking liquid.
Cook the pasta only half the cooking time. Then add the pasta to the bean soup and season with salt and broth. Cook the pasta until al dente.
Serve with toasted bread.
