Our oil press is surrounded by fields full of flowers, sulla and an acacia forest.

Our family loves the beekeeping and honey for its sweetness and its versatile applications in the kitchen.

The uncle has built many, many hives and placed them in different locations: on the hill, in the woods and in the fields.

In spring, the honey was collected.

ACACIA HONEY
Grandma used it for cakes, for cheese, cold summer drinks or hot milk for a sore throat. An all-natural anti-inflammatory agent or to alleviate stomach acidity.

The honey was used for virtually everything: candy, cakes, cheese and even meat - what a pleasure!
