The Petrilli family grows tomatoes of the varieties San Marzano, Torremaggiorese and Prunilli exclusively using traditional methods in organic farming and processes them into delicious sauces.
Sieved tomatoes:
Two-thirds Torremaggiorese round tomatoes, a third Prunilli cherry tomatoes. They are boiled for a few minutes and poured into strainers so that they lose their excess liquid. Then they are sieved and bottled in jars with a basil leaf.
Without colorants or preservatives.
