Ingredients:
- 500 g fresh anchovies
- Organic tomato and chilli sauce Bio Colombini
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Good olive oil
- Sage
- Salt
Preparation:
Clean the anchovies, remove the head and tail, backbone and giblets or take ready-to-use fillets.
Fry onion, sage and garlic in a pan with good olive oil. Add the tomato and chili sauce and anchovies and simmer slowly for about 10 minutes. Add salt only at the end of the cooking time. Serve with toasted bread or as a pasta sauce or with polenta.
