The olive and pistachio pâté is a new creation made from Nocellara del Belice olives. Thanks to the combination with pistachios this cream receives a whole new touch, that also corresponds to the culinary tradition.
Ingredients: Olives 60%, pistachios 10%, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, oregano, chilli, salt.
RECOMMENDATION
Excellent with savory tarts or quiches. Delicious on brown bread with tomato. In accompaniment to cheese and white bread you get a delicious Mediterranean snack.
