This pomace or grappa is obtained from steam distillation, with the classic system of double distillation of the fragrant vinasses of Brunello di Montalcino. These vinasses maintain all the characteristics of the wine from which they come and, after subjecting them to long periods of maceration, they offer a high level of alcohol and great aromatic richness. The quality of the raw material, together with the meticulous traditional production method, give the product unique characteristics.
