Distilled Sangiovese di Montalcino grape pomace aged in barrels for about a year. This is the so-called meditation grappa, with a distinctive character made even more complex by resting the grappa in small oak barrels. This not only gives the grappa an intense amber color, but also gives the distillate a surprisingly elegant and complex bouquet with sensations of vanilla, spices and nuts to offer the palate a warm and enveloping drink with a well-defined personality.
