This gin created in the Old Tom style is obtained from the distillation of juniper berries to which are added in maceration plants and fruits with corroborating, antioxidant, aphrodisiac properties and widely used in "long life elixirs" of ancient reminiscence, such as blueberry, bixa orellana, helichrysum flowers, orange peel and passion fruit.

Tasting notes: Coppery in color due to the post-distillation maceration of flowers and aromatic herbs, it presents itself on the nose with fruity and juniper notes, on the palate it is full of a slight sweet note typical of the Old Tom style, the drink is refreshed immediately by the bilberry blends very well with balsamic juniper and the fruity flavors of passion fruit and orange, the finish is soft and balanced with a harmonious finish.
