Herbarum is the alcoholic infusion of nine different types of medicinal herbs and spices with intrinsic and recognized therapeutic, tonic, digestive and toning properties. The aromatic calamus, the gentian, the juniper, the cinnamon, the mugwort are some of the most important that make up its bouquet.

Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color, the aroma is alpine, with an intense, captivating, slightly spicy flavor. It has a smooth and warm entry in the mouth, leaves a bitter aftertaste and taste sensations of "medieval alchemy" with an imprint that evokes the convent apothecary of yesteryear.
