This particular gin is produced in small batches with the "cold composition" method, that is, with the cold maceration of medicinal plants and aromatic spices, naturally mainly juniper, of biodynamic and biological origin in organic neutral alcohol and the Orticaia fountain in Pracchia. Real maceration of botanicals and, therefore, it is important to underline, not made with aromatic essences.

Tasting notes: Amber in color, balsamic notes of juniper and spices are immediately perceived on the nose, which then give way to the freshest of citrus. On the palate the flavor is full-bodied and decisive, slightly bitter and balsamic with a persuasive and persistent fine herbaceous and citric note.
