This liquor is obtained from the CRU of Arabica coffee from Guatemala (slow food presidium) ground and then infused in neutral alcohol. It surprises with its floral aromas and the cleanliness it leaves on the palate. Any impurity on the surface underlines and is evidence of a strictly handmade production.

Excellent as a tonic and digestive, especially for blending.

Tasting notes: The nose is enveloping, with a pleasant intense aroma of coffee and surprising floral notes. On the palate it is clean, the fragrant notes of coffee are the masters, ending with a toasted and caramelized aftertaste, completely natural.
