This independent Murray McDavid bottling has been initially matured in four refills of 250 liters ex-Bourbon Hogshead for no less than 11 years and 6 months. It was then finished in four 1st Fill Murça Tawny Port Barrels for no less than 18 months. After maturing for no less than 13 years in premium oak barrels, it was bottled at 50% ABV as part of the limited release Murray McDavid Select Grain series. Only 1,357 bottles were produced for worldwide distribution.


Nose: summer berries with vanilla crème anglaise, balanced oak and subtle spices.
Taste: floral, fresh and vibrant, sweet and spicy with summer pudding and ground black pepper.
Finish: burning embers, sweet oak.
