Description: limpid amber-coloured, smooth in spite of its 50%. Its aromatic bouquet is extraordinarily wide and well constructed, with a priority of the fruity range, varied and complete, going from the dry fruit to the stewed one and to raisins.
A floral flavour that conducts to honey joins the fruity base. Another distinguishing mark, coming from the long aging, is the spicy range dominated by the scent of the wood of the barrel that gives to this grappa perfumes of cinnamon, tobacco and liquorice, with a vanilla end.
