Origin: Pomace distilled from the BARBARESCO DISTILLERY, of which the Luigi Giordano Farm is a partner. The pomace is all produced by the farm, with the exception of Moscato grapes which are selected by the Distillery.

Vinification Distillation takes place immediately after racking to transfer the fragrances and varietal characteristics intact from the pomace to the distillates.
