Limoncetta di Sorrento comes from the enchanting peninsula of Sorrento and is made using the zest of the finest “Limone di Sorrento PGI” whose quality and source standards are carefully checked and protected by the “Consorzio di Tutela of Limone di Sorrento I.G.P”. A 100% natural liqueur, without any food colourings or preservatives, it is prepared following a traditional infusion recipe. The Sorrento Lemons are harvested between January and March, the peel is cleaned, the white pith is discarded to remove the bitter aftertaste and left to soak in pomace for seven days to produce an infusion with a unique and unmistakable taste.
