The artisanal liqueur of Mirto su Tirì is characteristic for the minimum quantity of sugar used. In Sardinia, myrtle liqueur is synonymous with a typical traditional liqueur. The berries are harvested in the south-west of Sardinia in the Sulcis region between the beginning of December and the end of January. The unique flavor and color of myrtle liqueur are due to the fruit of the myrtle plant (Myrtus communis), which generates blue-purple berries, which make this liqueur unique.

Blue-purple color, the nose gets hints of plants and myrtle berries. The palate is intoxicating, not very sweet with a vegetal note present and characteristic. To drink straight to fully enjoy the nuances of flavor or with ice to your liking.
