This Francesco Poli grappa comes from a fresh and carefully selected Cabernet pomace, slowly distilled in a bain-marie according to the traditional method, and fully reflects the typicality of a pure grappa from Trentino.

Among the hills that surround the lakes of Santa Massenza and Toblino, in an oasis of peace where time seems to have stopped, we find the farm and distillery of Francesco and Alessandro Poli.

Tasting Notes: Transparent, dry and fragrant and reflects the flavor and fragrance nuances of the variety.
