Among the hills that surround the lakes of Santa Massenza and Toblino, in an oasis of peace where time seems to have stopped, we find the farm and distillery of Francesco and Alessandro Poli.

Here, since 1998, the vineyards have been cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, in full respect of a land with a thousand facets like that of Santa Massenza; the latter, in fact, is a border area and, as such, combines the climate of the south with the continental, sees Mediterranean and alpine plants coexist and has unique landscapes.

This Francesco Poli grappa comes from fresh and carefully selected Nosiola pomace, slowly distilled in a bain-marie according to the traditional method, and fully reflects the typicality of a pure Trentino grappa.

Tasting Notes: Transparent, soft and fragrant, reflecting the flavor and fragrance nuances of the variety.
