This grappa comes from fresh and selected pomace from red Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc grapes, grown in Valle dei Laghi and Vallagarina. The pomace arrives from the cellar, immediately after racking, and still wet with the must, it is slowly distilled to fully safeguard the aromas of the Cabernet grape with the bain-marie method in a discontinuous steam still, typical of Trentino.

Tasting notes: Full, full-bodied and smooth, with a clear and persistent herbaceous aroma.
