This grappa is the result of the distillation of the pomace from the pressing of raisins from which the renowned Amarone della Valpolicella wine is obtained. Distilled with the traditional discontinuous alembic of the France schini distillery with a history that begins in the seventies of the last century.

Service temperature: 12-14°C

Intense amber color, for an ethereal aroma and perfect balance. In the mouth a vanilla flavor with notes of wood and nougat, testimony of conservation in fine barrels.
