Grappa Amarone is the result of the distillation of the pomace from the pressing of raisins from which the renowned Amarone della Valpolicella wine is obtained. The traditional discontinuous alembic allows to sculpt the organic profile and maintain all the fragrance and nobility of the great wines obtained by drying the typical Valpolicella grapes.

Crystal clear color, smooth, harmonious and pleasant flavor, rich in aroma. Typical nuances of ripe red fruit, reaching slight spicy notes.
