Grappa Lagrein Riserva Imperiale

The Lagrein grape is named for the first time in the year 1379 as the “bonum Lagrinum”. It is an indigenous grape of South Tyrol – Italy. For Grappa Lagrinum Riserva Imperiale we use only grapes of renowned wineries in South Tyrol. The destillation takes place in small wahter bath stills.
The result is a rare quality grappa, fine and fruity with notes of berries and cherries. The first refinement is in the steel tanks. Then the precious distillate is elevated for at last 30 months in small French oak barrels, which give added finesse, structure and elegance to Grappa.
