VECCHIA GRAPPA DI PROSECCO

Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco is a monovarietal aged grappa which preserves the heady perfumes typical of the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Golden-yellow-coloured, it releases a vibrant bouquet of grassy notes, flowery hints, aromas of sultanas and apricot and, lastly, echoes of balsamic wood. The fruit of a selection of the eight best years of Prosecco Grappa aged at length in Limousin oak barrels, it is distilled in a continuous and discontinuous pot still in accordance with the exclusive Da Ponte Method. Its palate is sweet and soft.
