Cognac Sélection de Clair Pascal is obtained from a selection of the best spirits and ages in oak barrels. Delicate and elegant, it can be a pleasant accompaniment after dinner of complete relaxation. The Clair Pascal winery, run by the same family since 1850, is located in the Cognac region, in the westernmost part of France, north of Bordeaux, where the climate is particularly conducive to growing vines.

It consists of 25 hectares, the vines are cultivated, following traditional methods, on clay-calcareous soils and its grapes are used, in large part, for the production of Cognac and Pineau des Charentes. cognac, king of wine distillates, protected by the AOC denomination, takes its name from the city that, traditionally, has always been the main center of its trade.

The Clair Pascal winery produces some 50,000 bottles, exclusively from the double distillation of white wines obtained from the ugni-blanc grape.

Delicate and elegant. Notes of vanilla, spices, white pepper. Floral aromas of violet. Fruity notes of muscatel grape and pear.
