An elegant grape distillate characterized by ageing in small wood casks that enhance the delicate aromatic sensations of the black grapes it is made from, such as Cabernet and Refosco. Harvested well after ripening, the grapes are processed according to an exclusive method, rigorous in each production phase, from harvesting to fermentation and distillation. Served at room temperature, Prime Uve Nere best expresses its rich and delicate bouquet.
