Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in colour, the nose immediately has a sweet, round and harmonious aroma of peat that goes well with a mix of citrus and malt notes. In the mouth, a full and smooth taste with an intense note of peat and malt, citrus, which evolves over spices such as ginger and pepper. Medium-long sweet and warm finish reminiscent of ash and salt, to leave even slight notes of liquorice on the finish.
