Tasting Notes:

Clean and fresh nose, dry red fruits mainly with raspberries and strawberries, berry jam, then the bourbon barrel comes into play: intense and honey (reminds me of the Benrinnes reviewed yesterday). The sherry cask then responds with dark chocolate, cinnamon and nutmeg.

In the mouth, intense delivery, honey, all the spices, white pepper. Then dried red fruits, chocolate and a bowl of cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. Dark chocolate, extra dose of honey and pepper. Long, intense finish with a spicy edge, milk and dark chocolate, honey, red fruits and blackberry.
