A Pink Pepper Gin from an English/French collaboration based in Cognac. This fresh liqueur offers spicy notes of pink pepper, with juniper and cardamom prominent notes and hints of vanilla, honey and fresh green herbs. The recipe includes hand-selected Spanish pink peppercorns, juniper, and a selection of various other spices. A small amount of local honey is also added.

Pink Pepper Gin is not made using the London Dry Gin method, instead each aromatic is macerated separately in alcohol and then distilled at low pressure and temperature to create concentrated aromatic extracts, the same methodology and attention to detail informs all spirits. of Audems.
