The original Covert liqueur is made with only three aromatic ingredients; fig leaves, cognac and honey. This limited edition batch of about 600 bottles includes another one: sweet oranges from Calabria (in fact, the same ones used in Sepia Amer).

Orange blends beautifully with the warm, sweet notes of fig and cognac, creating an elevated version of an already richly fragrant liqueur.

It was originally made to mix with espresso (usually in very subtle doses), but it's equally beautiful on its own or in cocktails (replacing triple sec and other orange liqueurs).
