The handmade rum comes from a distillery in Venezuela, which does not want to be named due to the unique selling point of its own standard bottling. The rum farm where this rum is made is located in the north of the country. Coffee, cocoa, and sugar cane were grown there in the 18th and 19th centuries. The production of rum was promoted by a German immigrant who had married a member of the owning family.

As the base for this exquisite Venezuelan rum, molasses is fermented and then distilled using the column still method. The rum is then aged for 5 years in the highland climate of Venezuela, giving it an amber color and enticing flavor.
