This delicate grappa is created using marc derived from Arneis vines grown in the Roero zone, whose centre is the town of Canale and its neighbouring area. The distillate obtained is aged in stainless steel vats.

BOUQUET: refined, refreshing and embracing with accented herbal notes.

TASTE : original, soft and and well rounded. Delicate and persistent. Pleasant finish recalling bitter almonds.
