The Antico Pastificio Morelli 1860 has been producing pasta in Tuscany for five generations, and today it is managed by Father Dino and his three sons, Lucia, Antonio, Marco Morelli.
Strips of long and fine pasta, wound in a spiral, which is obtained using a special dedicated machinery. Products with Tuscan durum wheat semolina, handcrafted and dried at low temperatures.
It is a very porous format, like handmade pasta, capable of retaining the seasonings and enhancing the flavor of the first dishes. Good also in pre-cooking, they do not overcook and do not stick even when left in the pan. Ideal with pesto or with anchovies and breadcrumbs.
