From Tuscany all the taste of the peasant tradition: the pici are a type of handmade pasta, typical of southern Tuscany.

The simplicity of the recipe and the preparation makes them so good: water, flour and very little if no egg, "curly", that is, worked by hand to create a very full-bodied spaghetti.

Celebrated in many festivals in Tuscany, they are perfect with arrabbiata sauce, in Tuscany called "aglione", or with game sauces.

Ingredients: durum wheat flour.
