To the nose it releases a sensation of freshly squeezed mandarin, on the palate it is sweet and fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste of mandarin peel. Ideal with fish, boiled but also baked; a simple sea bream or a sea bass seasoned with this oil, for example, would amaze the most demanding palates. If you want to enhance the taste and give more charge to a dish of linguine and scampi, a tangerine oil will make the difference, while if you really want to get out of the box and dare, I suggest adding a few drops to a bitter chocolate mousse !
