Merkki: Frantoi Cutrera

The IGP Sicilia of Cutrera is the first certified IGP Sicilia oil that expresses perfectly the "Sicilian" of origin because it is obtained from the best native Sicilian cultivars, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice.

Sicilian extra virgin olive oil is yellow with green, limpid reflections. The nose is decided, with a medium-fruity bouquet and aromatic notes typical of the Sicilian cultivars from which it derives, mainly based on artichoke and tomatoes. On the palate it reveals balanced and persistent bitter and spicy, in which the spicy slightly overtakes the bitterness.

CAUTION: This oil is packaged in a glass bottle without an anti-topping cap.


Excellent for all the recipes of Mediterranean cuisine, it is ideal for pasta with tomato sauce, blue fish dishes, grilled white meats, mushrooms, salads and soups. Excellent for frying delicate foods like zucchini, shrimp, croquettes, panzerotti and zucchini flowers.
