Merkki: Salumificio Sfreddo

Salumificio Sfreddo was born in 1968 in Trieste, in the middle of a perfect balance of perfumes and tastes between the sea and the region of Carso.
This selected ham is derived from the processing of foreign mid weight pork haunches. It is the classic "Praga senz osso" (boneless Praga type ham) which has a round taste with some acre but at the same time pleasant shades given by the natural smoking made with beechwood. The characteristic shape of the product is obtained through hand binding.
Ingredients: pork haunches, salt, potato amid, dextrose, aromas, thickener: E407, antioxidant:E301, preservative: E250. GLUTEEN FREE- NO MILK DERIVATIVES- NO ADDITION OF POLYPHOSPHATE AND MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
