Salumificio Sfreddo was born in 1968 in Trieste, in the middle of a perfect balance of perfumes and tastes between the sea and the region of Carso.
The "Praga" type ham is known as an excellence of the city of Trieste, it takes its origins from the Central European culinary tradition. It is obtained from the processing of accurately selected foreign heavy haunches.
This Praga ham with bone is delicately spiced and the soft smoking made with beechwood confers it a pleasant and unmistakable taste.
The product has to be cut by hand in the specific vise.
