Merkki: Salumificio Sfreddo

Salumificio Sfreddo was born in 1968 in Trieste, in the middle of a perfect balance of perfumes and tastes between the sea and the region of Carso.
This selected quality ham is obtained by the external part of the haunches of foreign pigs, with "mandolino" shape.
Ingredients: pork haunch, salt, dextrose, potato amid, aromas, acidity corrector:sodium citrate, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite. GLUTEEN FREE- NO MILK DERIVATIVES- NO ADDITION OF POLYPHOSPHATE AND MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
