Salumificio Sfreddo was born in 1968 in Trieste, in the middle of a perfect balance of perfumes and tastes between the sea and the region of Carso.
This high quality ham is obtained by the haunches of pigs which were born, bred and butchered in Italy. The delicate taste is obtained thanks to a careful seasoning that with its softness distinguish this top gamma product from the traditional line "Cotti Traditional" Sfreddo.
Ingredients: pork haunch, salt, dextrose, fructose, aromas, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: sodium nitrite. GLUTEEN FREE- NO MILK DERIVATIVES- NO ADDITION OF POLYPHOSPHATE AND MONOSODIUM GLUTAMATE.
