Merkki: Salumificio Sfreddo
Salumificio Sfreddo was born in 1968 in Trieste, in the middle of a perfect balance of perfumes and tastes between the sea and the region of Carso.
This Salami is obtained by grinding the best pork coming from pigs which were bred and butchered in Italy. The Salame Regale distinguish itself from the other salmis thanks to its particularly sweet but also savory and delicate taste.
The fine cuts from which its paste derives gives this salami a softness that also lasts after a long period of aging. The rough grain is suitable for being hand cut by knife, even in thick slices.
The external bowel is covered, during the aging period, with a thin veil of pure white mould which exalts its perfume. It is great as an appetizer served with some cheeses, both tender and aged, on a cutting board
Ingredients: pork meat, salt, dextrose, sugar, species and aromas, antioxidant: E300, preservative: E252, E250.
