Pork cheek obtained from the Nebrodi Black Pig, a Sicilian Slow Food Presidium with a very precise and strict disciplinary: fre range breeding and naturally GMO free fed, in order to get the best from this fine native race.
Like every black pig, the meat is tastier and the fat dissolves, with a high content of unsaturated fatty acids, which have a protective effect on the human body.
The breeding and diffusion of this species, is promoted by Bodies and Institutions in order to safeguard the local biodiversity and promote an eco-sustainable breeding.
