Merkki: Nurcinus

Nurcinus is one of the most renowned manufacturers of salami from Brescia. The bull-salami is an extraordinary product made of beef meat.

The taste of the beef salami is intense and powerful. It is ideal for those who don't want or can eat large amounts of pork.

The preparation is similar to that of traditional salami. Bull and pork meat are mixed with a mixture of garlic, red wine, salt and spices. Then there are the preservatives E252 and E300 (vitamin C).

The mixture is filled into a natural casing and depending on the size is matured for 60 to 90 days.

The beef salami goes well with bread and fresh rosé or a young red wine.

The beef salami consists of 70% beef and 30% pork belly. The salami is lactose and gluten free.
