Classic pork pancetta flavored with herbs and spices. After salting, the bacon is rolled up and stuffed into a natural casing. When cut it you can see the white fat and lean parts of the meat.

The pancetta is very tender and has a delicate flavor.

The Nurcinus Salami is filled into a natural casing and bound by hand.
