This milk is available as whole milk or semi-skimmed milk. It is pasteurized in a gentle manner within 12 hours after milking. Thus, it maintains its organoleptic properties and tastes of real milk.

The milk from the Frascio farm tastes just as well as in the good old days.

Currently the company has 40 dairy cows, which are fed with hay from the surrounding country of the Valsabbia. In summer, the herd stay on the pasture.

The products produced by the farm Frascio are healthy and genuine.
