With a golden yellow color to the eye, the Mitterweg Trio prevails on the nose with rich and intense aromas, floral and fruity, later turning to light citrus and spicy tones. In the mouth it shows an intense and structured flavor, with a remarkable persistence of aromas and a tasty and fresh finish.

Pairing: It can be enjoyed together with first courses such as spaghetti with sauce or risotto with mushrooms or with main dishes of white meat. Taste it alongside a platter of fresh and aged cheeses.
