Tasting Notes: Pale golden yellow with very fine effervescence. Refined floral nose that reveals notes of white flowers and lemon. Great volume in the mineral mouth expressing its long maturity. A great champagne for a luxurious aperitif.

Pairings: Excellent as an aperitif, fish appetizers, canapés and seafood.
