It has iodine nuances from the sea, as well as notes of baked clay and clay typical of the jar. In the mouth, the wine is dry and refreshing, with a marked salinity that is typical of La Mata wines. It is a white wine with texture, medium body and integrated and pleasant acidity. The finish is dry and quite long.
