Tasting Notes: Straw yellow in sight. The nose bursts with clearly fruity hints of green apple, peach and citrus, with a slight herbaceous touch in the background. Crisp and juicy apple on the palate, with a medium-bodied sip of enticing acidity and cleanliness. Dry and with a beautiful balance between freshness and flavor.

Pairings: Seafood dishes, crustaceans and fish in general. Also excellent with light and delicate soups, risottos and first courses based on fish or vegetables.
